• Recently, one wrote to advise us that our return contribution
  envelopes were not printed on security paper. Thank you! We take
  the responsibility of protecting your personal information seriously
  and have corrected the problem.
• Another, a couple from the Western US who receive The Window, recently visited our website to make a secure donation. Their e-mail address did not mesh well with the programming of our new web site, which had gone live that week, and the process did not complete. They e-mailed to advise us of the issue and the problem was quickly fixed. We were so grateful to know about this glitch so we could take steps to address it.
