REST AND STUDY

        • Three-week maximum length of stay
        • Complimentary breakfast included; lunch and dinner in dining room at regular prices; reservations requested, with a minimum 24-hour notice if possible
        • Daily housekeeping
        • Linens provided
        • Outdoor parking
        • Van to activities sponsored by Independent Living, when space available
        • TV available in common areas

**FULL-TIME INDEPENDENT LIVING (year-round)

        • Individual brings personal items, furniture, and furnishings with a 30-day notice agreement
        • All meals included, served in the dining room
        • Weekly housekeeping; thorough annual cleaning
        • Individual provides own sheets; Housekeeping provides towels
        • Outdoor parking
        • Van to department-planned activities
        • Van to appointments at specially requested locations within 15-minute range
        • Satellite TV – Basic Service (individual brings his or her own TV set)
        • Personal alarm transponder provided

PART-TIME INDEPENDENT LIVING

        • Thirty-day minimum; one consecutive year maximum; unlimited returns
        • Furniture and furnishings provided by BA.
        • Room availability is subject to change between stays.
        • All meals are included and served in the dining room
        • Weekly housekeeping
        • Linens provided
        • Outdoor parking
        • Van rides to department-planned activities
        • Van to appointments at specially requested locations within 15-minute range.
        • Satellite – TV  with loaner TV (if desired and available)

        • Minimum 30-day stay; no maximum (ask about room availability)
        • Dining room meals available by reservation (minimum 24-hour notice, if possible), at full price
        • Shared kitchenettes (microwave cooking only)
        • Monthly housekeeping
        • You bring your own linens, if possible
        • Van rides to activities planned by Independent Living, if space available
        • Satellite TV hook-up in room; TV not provided
