We are happy to receive your application for employment by email, fax, or through the mail. In either case, we ask that you submit your résumé along with a completed “BA Application for Employment” form.
As part of the employment process, the BA performs a background check. This requires that you complete the “Notification and Release” form and submit it along with your application and resume. Massachusetts law also requires us to provide you with a “Summary of your Rights” form.
