We are happy to receive your application for employment through the mail or via email. In either case, we ask that you submit your résumé along with a completed BA Application for Employment form.
As part of the employment process, the BA performs a background check. This requires that you complete the Notification and Release form and submit it along with your application and resume. Massachusetts law also requires us to provide you with a Summary of your Rights form.
