The BA’s central location in Greater Boston provides easy access to The Mother Church, several branch Churches of Christ, Scientist, and Longyear Museum is just across the street.

The BA has an extensive collection of books, periodicals, audio and video recordings – ranging from the core Christian Science writings by Mary Baker Eddy, to biographies, other Christian Science related topics, Bibles, references, and a public computer installed with Christian Science-related research software.

The BA’s Independent Living include a range of activities each week that provide many opportunities for fellowship, learning, and connection with the community. Popular activities have included attending open rehearsals of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, live Metropolitan Opera HD broadcasts in local movie houses, and musical performances given by students from nearby music schools, including New England Conservatory.
