• Studios, two-room suites and one-bedroom apartments in a variety of sizes and configurations with garden or woodland views.
• Included utilities: heat, air-conditioning, hot water, electricity, satellite television, wireless computer access, in-house and wide-area local telephone service with voicemail.
• Weekly housekeeping; annual deep cleaning of each individual apartment.

Rates
• Only one comprehensive entrance fee — monthly rental, including daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Dining Room.
• Studios, two-room suites and one-bedroom apartments available in a wide variety of sizes and configurations; all-inclusive monthly rental fees from $2,082 to $5,221.
• Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis. If the pet is accepted, owner will be assessed a non-refundable, one-time fee.
