Christian Science nurses training meets a vital need in the Christian Science movement. It has been a blessing to the healing work at the Benevolent Association for the past 100 years. It helps to ensure that the holy ministry of Christian Science nursing is readily available and rightly supported.
There is a great need for more Christian Science nurses at the BA and throughout the Field in order to meet the demand for the loving work of Christian Science nursing. Your support of our Christian Science Nurses Training School helps meet this need. The Christian Science Nursing Arts training supports Christian Science nurses as they go forward in their practice working in Christian Science nursing facilities, visiting services, at Christian Science camps and schools, and in the homes of individuals turning to the Christ, Truth for healing.
The Benevolent Association subsidizes a majority of the training costs for Christian Science nurses who work at the BA as well as other facilities and services that send their Christian Science nurses to the BA for training. These costs are largely covered by donations from the Field.
To help meet the current need, friends of the BA have offered to match dollar-for-dollar all gifts for the Christian Science Nurses Training School through June 30, 2022 (or until the match is met). New monthly gifts of any amount starting before June 30 will be matched for 12 months!
Your gift blesses both the Christian Science nurses and those they minister to with the art of Christian Science nursing. We have included with this letter an interview with one of the Christian Science nurses currently in our training program to show the wonderful difference your gift makes. You will also find a testimony of healing that was supported by Christian Science nurses at the BA.
