We are pleased to announce Jennie Christensen as our new Director of Development for the Benevolent Association.
Our nationwide search to replace Janee Shaw, former Director of Development, was longer than anticipated. During the search we met many wonderful candidates who brought great strength to their development work and an appreciation for Christian Science nursing and the work of the Benevolent Association. We have conducted dozens of interviews over the last nine months in order to make our final decision.
Jennie Christensen brings to this position a proven record of fundraising along with planned giving and development office management. Prior to her work in development, she was in the computer industry in sales and account management for over 25 years. She is a class-taught student of Christian Science and a graduate of Principia College.
We are truly grateful to welcome Jennie to the BA team.
