Part-time: 1-2 days/week

On-site work at least 1 day/week with some work from home possible. Flexible schedule, including Parent’s hours available.

If you are detail-oriented, good at tracking, excel at organizing data, and creating/updating/maintaining spreadsheets, you may love this job! You’ll check with staff on work/training in progress, review various inspection requirements or compliance details to keep our CEO up-to-date. This includes OSHA, HIPAA, Medicare (QAPI & Emergency Preparedness) Life Safety, DoT, etc. Prior experience with inspections or compliance is helpful but not necessary to apply.

Administrative duties include:

  • Reviews, follows-up, and tracks BA training and compliance needs and that various plans are kept current.
  • Able to initiate and maintain monitoring and tracking procedures.
  • Monitors and ensures all deadlines are met.
  • Able to research.
  • Able to write effectively and document compliance.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as needed and assigned.

 
Essential Requirements:

  • Understands and supports the Manual By-Law, “Christian Science Nurse,” as well as the mission of the BA. Supports the mission of the BA metaphysically.
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical, organizational, research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively while serving as a liaison between the CEO, BA management, staff, and third party vendors when needed.
  • Prior experience in researching, assessing, monitoring, and tracking organizational requirements preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook, required.
  • Membership in the First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, MA preferred.
