Customer Service Skills:
- Must be good at understanding & responding to customer requests
- Excellent response and follow-up skills
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs
- Computer skills essential for reports and tracking
- Troubleshooting, general maintenance, and repairs
- Able to move furniture and handle set-ups for special events
- Experience with light construction, remodeling, painting, or carpentry a plus
- Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
