Assist our Development Team and play a key administrative role in the Development Office while processing gifts and handling acknowledgement letters in support of the healing mission of the BA.

- Loves working in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Enjoys being busy and having the day fly by
- Prefers order and structure with room for creativity
- Is highly organized and with great attention to detail
- Is a persistent list-keeper, and organizes the next day’s tasks before leaving the office for the day
- Comfortable in a digital environment where learning new computer skills and software is natural
- Enjoys working in their own office onsite at the Benevolent Association in Chestnut Hill, MA
Requirements:
- Accuracy in data entry and database management
- Exceptional organization and written/verbal communication skills, proofreading skills a must
- Fast learner with ability to multi-task and meet timeframes with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Business or nonprofit experience helpful but not required
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Member of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, MA
- Primary class instruction preferred, but not required
