Seeking an experienced manager with technical expertise and proven track record to manage facility operations for a four-building campus on 24 acres in Boston, MA area.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to direct staff for maximum productivity
  • Must have good judgment, ability to prioritize projects and able to make assessments as needed for facility operations
  • Manages maintenance/repairs of all facility systems for brick buildings circa 1919 & 2002
  • Experience w/renovations and knowledge of new and older HVAC and maintenance systems helpful
  • 5-10 years facility management experience desired
