Customer service skills

  • Must be good at understanding and responding to customer requests
  • Excellent response and follow-up skills
  • Patient, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs
  • Computer skills essential for reports and tracking

Maintenance

  • Troubleshooting, general maintenance, and repairs
  • Able to move furniture and handle set-ups for special events
  • Experience with light construction, remodeling, painting, or carpentry a plus

Hours

  • Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
