Special Projects Coordinator

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and assists with a variety of ongoing-and special projects to provide high quality results.  Interfaces with all BA departments and works to ensure quality control within Facilities, Housekeeping, and other key departments.  The Special Projects Coordinator provides appropriate and cost-beneficial management of the BA’s physical assets in addition to overseeing small capital projects and all furniture, artwork, in-kind donations, and books.  Also assists with maintaining and implementing OSHA plans and compliance.

Qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in project/property management preferred
  • Ability to stage/decorate guest rooms, as well as public spaces and offices a plus
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and liaison skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, tracking and follow-up expertise is essential
  • Must be at ease in multi-tasking with multiple projects and collaborating with department managers, vendors, and staff
  • Membership in The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, MA, and Christian Science Class Instruction by an authorized teacher of Christian Science required
